My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

Location, right on the beach. Quite noisy at night, though.
Indifferent (almost rude) hotel staff, very small beds, noisy interior and exterior. a total rip-off price/comfort wise.

The hotel had an amazing sea view from the balcony, and it was located very close to the beach. We only had to cross the street to get there. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the variety of food offered. there were plenty of restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed trying out new places to eat.
The rooms were a bit small, and the bathrooms were basic. we found that the hotel was a bit noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel is located just oposite to the beach. Breakfast was reasonable.
We had a "SuperiorRoom" with sea view ordered for $154 a night and received this: room was dirty especially on the sealing, old fashioned, furniture was partially broken, shower was moulded, sink didn't work properly. At least we had the sea view, which included a lot of noises in the night. The hotel wasn't worth the money at all - better spend view bucks more and move to Isrotel tower. BTW, parking is available for 50ILS per day behind the hotel (25ILS until 6am and 25ILS again when you leave at noon time).

Location
Dirty rooms, unfriendly staff, your almost forced to pay in usd, calculation of currency rates are wrong. I think the hotel is not worth the stay even if it is one of the cheapest options.

This hotel is an absolute gem. the location is unbeatable - right on the beach! You can step out of the hotel and have the beautiful sandy beach just a few steps away. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome and were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast spread. There was a wide range of choices and everything was delicious. Fresh towels were provided daily and the room was cleaned every day, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

Hotel is right on the beach (well, as close as you can get) and has internet throughout. Great breakfast. Safe and central location. Very accommodating staff. Rooms with balcony have a terrific view. Excellent value.
Shower is quite small. Bathroom is small and no place to put anything. Furniture quite old.

This hotel is in a prime location for access to the Carmel market, and the beach of Tel Aviv. Guests can enjoy an amazing view of the ocean from their balcony and opportunities to walk around the city. the hotel is in the center of Tel Aviv with outstanding bar and restaurant options nearby. Rooms are comfortable, and some offer basic amenities like free Wi-Fi, which is a plus.
The hotel suffers from a lack of soundproofing and poor hygiene practices for its carpets and shower rooms, making for a subpar experience.

Very good breakfast that can be eaten outdoors on their porch and having a balconey facing the beach. A romantic view of the sunset from the outside private balconey.
It took a long time to get hot water in the shower. The hotel is dated and the lobby specially.

I have too say that this Hotel has on Booked.net got bad reviews, but they are wrong. The hotel Manager and staff cannot be more wonderful, I booked for three nights and stayed five, it's a great location, my room had a balcony, at night there is a little noise, but people are on holiday, an the staff are aware of this....would go back, if Israel was not that expensive.

This is a clean nut very "tired" hotel. The location is very central to the beach. We had to carry our luggage up twelve steps from street to Reception. Not good for us seniors. Lift to room ok
